Pricing questions

How is Asset Infinity priced?

The asset register is priced by the number of assets, with unlimited users. Maintenance, parts and stock, purchasing, finance and analytics are added per user who needs them. Optional add-ons are a flat monthly price for your whole organization, and devices such as sensors and RFID readers are priced per device.

Is the quote I build here a real price?

Yes. It uses our published list prices in USD, before tax. Send it to our team and we confirm it as a formal quote, valid for 45 days, usually the same day.

Is there a discount for a longer term?

No. A two- or three-year term costs the same per month as a one-year term, so you are never pushed into a longer commitment to get a fair price. A longer term fixes your price for longer.

How much does on-premise cost?

An on-premise subscription is twice the cloud price, with a minimum of $18,000 a year, billed yearly. Installation on your servers is $5,000 once.

What is Enterprise?

For organizations with over a million assets, a private cloud, custom contract terms or a dedicated team. It is priced with you, so the quote builder sends you to a conversation with our team instead.

Do read-only users or requesters need a paid seat?

No. The asset register comes with unlimited users. Paid seats are only for people who use a module such as Maintenance or Purchasing.
